How it works
Read the Label First is an affiliate of ClickBank, an online retailer that sells products for many supplement makers. When you click a button such as “Check today’s price on the official site” and then buy, the sale is made by ClickBank and the seller, and we receive a commission.
- You pay the same price as you would without our link.
- We only earn money if you buy. We earn nothing when you read our reviews, sign up for our checklist or contact us.
- Buy links on our site start with
/go/and are marked as sponsored links for search engines. - We show a disclosure near the top of every review and next to every buy button, not only on this page.
How we handle the conflict of interest
Earning a commission gives us a financial reason to want you to buy. We think you should know that, and we write our reviews to be useful even if you never click a buy button:
- Every review is based on the product label and published research, with sources listed.
- We show the weak points, including limited evidence, missing information on the label, customer complaints and refund conditions.
- We say who should skip a product or ask a professional first.
- We never say or suggest that we have used a product when we haven’t, and we don’t publish testimonials or star ratings.
- We are not the maker or an official site for any product we review.
Ads and tracking
We may advertise our reviews on other websites and apps. To see which ads lead to clicks on our buy buttons, we record campaign tags from ad links. Our privacy policy explains what we collect.
